Tatreez Cafe

Tatreez Cafe, London N16

Our aim was to create a space which would work throughout the day and long into the evening. Warm, inviting but also fresh, contemporary and uplifting. The huge oven positioned in the shopfront entices passers by inside whilst a seat at the bar allows you to keep an eye on the action inside the kitchen. We went for exposed brick walls, charcoal grey timber flooring , beautiful vibrant hexagon floor tiling, a curved concrete bar top and terracotta pendants. By increasing the height of the shopfront maximum daylight now filters all the way into the back of the space emphasizing the generous ceiling heights and the views through to the private hire space at the back.
